The full-board rate includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks are included at main meals from the dispenser: water, local wine, beer and soft drinks (coffee, bottled/canned drinks or other alcoholic drinks are not included).

The compulsory Club Card includes access to the pool, entertainment/sports facilities, as well as a beach shuttle service and the use of 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers per room. It costs EUR 5 per person per day for children aged between 3 and 11 and EUR 7 per person per day from 12 years old on .

Children aged between 0 and 3 pay a supplement of EUR 25 per day which includes bathtub, cot or side rail, baby bottle corner (available during meal times), laundry service up to 1 kg per day.

„Essen und Selbsorganisation

das Mittags- und Abendessen war immer sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und ausreichend. Das Essen war unser Highlight in diesem Hotel. das Personal war freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Gepflegte Außenanlagen und Poolbereich.

die Unterkunft wirkt lieblos geführt, überall sind kleine Markel oder ist was kleines kaputt. Unser erstes Zimmer (014) roch stark feucht, anstandslosen Zimmerwechsel (124) erhalten, dort funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht direkt (ein Hoteltechniker reparierte diese schnell). Aber auch in dem Zimmer waren im Bad feuchte Stellen. das Frühstück war ideenlos und immer das selbe. Alle Getränke sind bei der Vollpension nur zu den Mahlzeiten inklusive. Außerhalb der Mahlzeiten nur Wasser und Limo zum selber „Zapfen“. der Flughafenshuttle sollte 150€ kosten. Nutzt lieber den ARST Bus für 4,30€ pro Person (1Std. 30min. Fahrtzeit).

„Anders als erwartet aber ok

Das Buffet am Mittag und Abend ist sehr abwechslungsreich und reichlich. Das Essen schmeckte ebenfalls sehr gut. Auch das Personal war stets freundlich. Die Außenanlage war an sich schön und der Shuttle zum Strand problemlos.

Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität. Erst wurden wir in eine Art Abstellkammer geschickt und haben daraufhin das Zimmer reklamiert. Mit der Kritik ging das Management aber gut um und bat uns 2 alternative annehmlichere Zimmer an. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß, jedoch generell lieblos ohne Deko und veraltet. In der Dusche konnte man sich nicht mal bücken. Auch die Sonnenliegen und -schirme schienen von vor 50 Jahren zu sein, teils fleckig, teils abgerissen Tische, viel Plastik. Auch im Barbereich nirgends Deko, alles sehr schlicht. Die Türrahmen schließen ebenfalls nicht alle und standen teils von der Wand ab, sodass die Nachbarn ordentlich die Türen zuwerfen mussten - ruhiger Schlaf so leider nicht möglich. Alles in allem stark renovierungsbedürftig. Außerdem wäre es gut gewesen zu wissen, dass es ein Familienresort ist und auf Kinder ausgelegt - viel Lautstärke und Trubel.

„Sehr verschlechtert.

Das Essen war sehr gut, hat sich aber trotzdem einiges verschlechtert zu den Jahren davor. Das Essen (Hauptspeisen)ist wenn man Glück hat warm, aber meistens kalt. Die Desserts von damals gibt, wie Pudding, Mousse, selbstgebackene Kuchen....gibt es gar nicht mehr. Nur noch gekaufte Torten, die zwar auch gut sind, aber IMMER noch tiefgefroren angeboten werden. Die Musik im Speisesaal ist das Schlimmste was man sich vorstellen kann, diese passt ganz und gar nicht als Unterhaltung in einem Speisesaal da diese weder dezent noch passend ist sondern so laut, dass man sich kaum unterhalten kann.

In der Rezeption hat uns ein "Lehrmädchen" empfangen die sich kaum ausgekannt hat. Dann wurde uns ein Zimmer zugewiesen, dass iso stsrk nach Rauch gestunken hat, dass wir nicht angenommen haben. Am Abend die Musik und Animation war so extrem laut, das es unerträglich war. Das wsr in den Zimmern so laut, das man glaubte, rs spielt sich alles im eigenen Zimmer ab. Früher wurden die Zeiten zum Essen pünktlich eingehalten, diesmal wurde das Restaurant 5 bis 10 min später aufgesperrt, daher war der Ansturm der Gäste sehr heftig. Es fährt auch kein Bummelzug mehr zum Strand sondern nur ein Van für ca. 7 Leute Platz und die Zeiten wurden auch nicht eingehalten. LIegebetten und Sonnenschirme waren auch nicht wie sonst vorhanden. Nach Nachfrage bei der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, man muss zur Bar del b arrio del mare, gehen und dort werden dann die Liegebetten zugewiesen.

Lage in der Innenstadt, Fußweg zum Stadtstrand

Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Resort, unpersönlich und anonym, freundlich waren die Rezeptions- und die Reinigungs-Mitarbeiter/innen, sehr unfreundliches Personal im "Speisesaal", Massenabfertigung, laut, unpersönlich, Speisen unteres Mittelmaß, Frühstück nur bis 9:30h, auf den Boden gefallenes Besteck wieder auf den Tisch gelegt, u.v.m Getränke an der Bar nur über eine im Vorfeld aufzuladenden Karte (Vorabbezahlung) erhältlich, Parkplätze nur gegen Gebühr (15,- EUR/ Tag) auf dem Hof, Achtung: Nicht buchen!!! Es gibt genug Parkplätze vor dem Tor in der Straße und auf einem großen Parkplatz gegenüber,

Buen precio y ubicación.

El precio, la pizza, que tiene parking aunque siempre lleno, más fácil en la calle. Tiene un tren que lleva a la playa.

No lo elegiría nuevamente, demasiada gente en las comidas, sin control de cantidades y ves que se sirven por demas, niños tocando comida. La wifi no llegaba a la habitación, no encontraban la reserva al check in, no nos explicaron horarios, ni servicios ni nada. Siguen usando llaves en vez de tarjetas para las puertas.

Muy bien

Sin duda la ubicación del hotel y sus instalaciones. La animación del hotel para ir en familia es perfecta, muy atentos todos. Recepción y gente del bar perfecto también. Estás cerca del puerto (excursiones) y por la noche una zona cerrada del pueblo dónde hay tiendas, creperías, heladerías....vamos perfecto para familias.

Si vienes de España no están muy preparados para hablar español pero bueno con el italiano te defiendes. La comida un poco justa (sin conocer las costumbres de allí) y poca variedad. Lo q menos nos gustó es q si el horario de comida es de 12.30 a 14.30 a las dos no pueden empezar a retirar comida y al igual pasaba en desayuno o cena si se acababa depende de que cosa.

Very good location, train to the beach, good and clean rooms. We have booked two rooms fot the big family, 2nd room was very big with large terrace and view to the sea. Good dinner. In overall it was a very good stay.

Breakfast was quite poor, sometimes we were waiting fot 10-15 minutes to get a bacon or any other hot food. The hotel is mostly oriented on internal Italian tourists, only external animators from Poland were talking to us or inviting to participate in some activities, the others just skipped us. One of the women on receiption badly understood English and what we wanted to find out by replying just “Yes” on everything we’ve asked.

the hotel was dirty, no English speaking people at all. Views from the room were not as seen on line. restuarant staff very abrupt. All curtains closed to hide the pigeon shit on the window sills. air conditioning broke in the room we were moved to, shower kept putting out boiling hot water every few seconds making it difficult to shower properly. we were asked to pay an extra £125 on arrival for the city tax & facilities which were already included in the price I had paid. we were put in a standard room and we paid for a double deluxe. Loud music till 11pm making it difficult to relax. To sum it up this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. If your English definitely do not book this hotel.

White Beach is what most people are looking for, going to Sardegna, so this one is perfect, with a Cafe and Snack Restaurant... umbrella and 2 beds included in the special hotel section... Every 30 minutes theres place for 7 passengers in the hotel shuttle bus - no train any more. Quite a long way still - 10 minutes to walk to the beach, as the bus doesn t stop at the cafe but further down the road... Back to the hotel, there is this wonderful pool, with wonderful chilling music... Yes, there is a bar, but noone speaks any English, neither Service to the pool or out to the tables ... would be nice, indeed! Food is nice - a huge salad bar, high quality cold meat and cold cuts... Dinner is a wonderfully decorated buffet, with a bottle of water on every table. Beer and juices from the machines, and very good food: 3 different pastas as a first dish, 3 different meat or fish dishes as a main course... desert is ice cream - everything else is usually finished after an hour, so be in time to get your share of cakes or those delicious cream baisers... For lunch I preferred staying at the beach, whereas all the others went back to the hotel for salad and siesta... I really liked Hotel della torre in Caletta - those very friendly ladies at the Reception were even talking in fluent German and English - but nobody else in this totally Italian Hotel - not even the big animation team could communicate in English... There was one couple from Switzerland and one from France - one big bus of an Austrian group - and one group from Poland - everybody else talking - children shouting - in Italian. - Sardegna is the holiday place for Italian families... they seemed to enjoy the hotel as much as I did...!

Swimming Pool: The swimming pool at the Rate Cala Della Torre Resort is commendable. It was clean, well-maintained, and offered a refreshing break. Beach Access: The beach experience was enjoyable. Even though one has to use a shuttle service, with some planning around their schedule, the commute becomes effortless. Plus, walking to the beach is also an option, which we found manageable even with children. Parking: While we didn’t use this service personally, the resort’s parking facility seemed conveniently located, offering an added convenience for those traveling with vehicles. conveniently located at the city center close to lots of bars and restaurants.

Reception Experience: Upon arrival, the reception was less than welcoming. When inquiring about city taxes and requesting a receipt, the staff seemed overly frustrated and unprepared and I could feel them being angry at us for asking such thing while people were waiting in a line at the reception, even though we suggested that they could give us the receipt later. Eventually they asked we return later for it Meal Services Policy: The hotel's policy to start inclusive services with dinner on the day of arrival was unexpected and not in line with most all-inclusive resorts we’ve visited. This led us to seek meals outside the hotel on our first day. Dining Experience: The variety and quality of food could be improved. Most dishes lacked flavor and we were consistently disappointed with the food. Particularly at breakfast there were limited options for eggs (either hard boiled or scrambled) and no vegetables in the morning spread at all. WiFi and Mobile Connectivity: The room had no WiFi connectivity. It was only strong near the bar or reception. The rest of the hotel had no WiFi at all!. Additionally, our mobile signals struggled within the room as well, forcing us to the balcony to find a connection which if we were lucky we would find one bar. Room Location: Our room was unfortunately placed between the evening animations and the bar, resulting in a lot of noise and disturbances, especially during the evenings. This made resting, especially with children, a challenge.

Meals were so bad that I regret booking the full board option. My family and I ended up eating outside all of the time. Overall the hotel is very small and limited in terms of facilities.

Food, facilities, comfort, and cleanliness were lower than expected. Overall I feel I paid way too much for what I got.

Amazing hotel with superb cuisine.

Excellent hotel with incredible food. Congratulations for the chef and the cooks! The restaurant was a high standard one with really tasty food and menu as in renowned world class restaurants! The rooms were being cleaned daily. The hotel animators were making sure we have a great time.

Thank you for making our family holiday so special, we all highly recommend Cala Della Torre Resort!

We LOVED our stay! The staff were amazing! So friendly and welcoming even though we couldn't speak much Italian. Our kids even started going to Kids Club and joined in with the activities and came back very very happy! We all also loved the evening entertainment :) The all-inclusive food was great. You could eat as much as you wanted and the loved the way the chefs used leftovers to make new dishes for the next day saving so much food waste! The kids had lots to choose from which made our days very easy. The non-inclusive drinks were reasonably priced (and the cocktails were delicious!) The beds were very comfortable though the pillows weren't great but we asked for more and this solved the problem immediately! The room was cleaned daily to a high standard and the house keeping staff were always smiling and friendly. The pool was amazing too, plenty of loungers for everyone. The "kids" pool was nice too, very small great for tiny ones, but our kids (4yrs & 6yrs) preferred the bigger one. The shuttle train to the Graniro beach was fun and easy and there were even loungers and umbrellas reserved for guests of the hotel there and the beach itself was beautiful. The town of La Caletta was beautiful and had everything you could want, shops to look around, plenty of restaurants (our favourite was Da Bastiano pizzeria and Cornetteria Paradise for bombolones!) bars, and even a small fun fair right outside the hotel with rides that the kids loved so much! I would happily live in La Caletta we loved it so much. You don't "need" a car but we had one to visit some other beaches. There was parking on site but it was busy at times though there was plenty of parking for free in the town.
